The modern facility boasts ten Injection Moulding Machines ranging from 100 Tonne to 200 Tonne clamp force achieving shot weights up to 400 gms. Our extensive range of dryers ensure materials are ready to be processed and the ancillary equipment is maintained to a high standard.

All of our moulding machines are linked to our Intouch Monitoring System to aid control through manufacture and to optimise the scheduled flow of production. Our fully trained Mould Technicians are experienced in many forms of mould tooling from development through to basic and multi-cavity hot runners and are comfortable with virtually all types of thermoplastic materials.

We operate a two-shift system starting our machines at 7:30am through to 7:30pm, 7 days a week. This offers our customers a minimum of 720 moulding machine hours to have at their disposal. Our injection moulding facility is supported by fully equipped Toolmaking & Post Moulding departments therefore providing our customers with a full plastic injection moulding service.
