OUR INJECTION MOLDING FACILITY “FEATURES”
- The manufacturing area is planned to meet Class 100,000 purity standard of ISO 14644 (i.e. not more than 100,000 particles of size 0.5 microns per cubic metre of air) equivalent to ISO 14644 / Class 8. This offers a set-up, which guards from exterior contamination.
- The air-handling units are designed as per interna'onal standard ISO 14644, thus offering air of high quality with respect
to particulate count. The handling zones obtain clean and purified air with at least 60 air changes per hour in the essential procedure areas.
- Temperature and relative humidity control is ensured through an energy efficient air condi'oning system and dehumidifier , guaranteeing stability of environmental condition during production.
- Epoxy flooring and covings at all angles offer ultra-fine surfaces and avoid generation and accrual of dust. It also averts seOling and sheltering of microorganisms in gaps.
- Non-shedding / lint free clean room wear is mandatory for all personnel entering the clean room set-up, thus diminishing contamination.
- Moulded components enter the clean room through well-designed air locks and dynamic pass boxes, which precludes the entry of contaminants. Door Interlocking System is provided in all-important areas to restrict
- entry of contaminants into clean rooms.
